However, in moderately- and well-differentiated cell tumors, several foci of acute immune inflammation were induced. It is suggested that AFP is responsible for tumor cell apoptosis by freeing antigenic determinants from shielding antibodies via elimination of «immunological enhancement» of tumor growth. |
