X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was used to show that a polymeric film no thicker than 2 nm was formed on the surface of particles as a result of processing. The film formed by fluorinated polyethers with a molecular mass of 3000 prevents the interaction of metal particles of Cu-Sn alloy with atmospheric oxygen and provides dielectric properties of the surface \\\\Expert2\\nbo\\Journal of Surface Investigation\\2011, v. 5, p. 447.pdf |
