Their antimicrobial activity was evaluated in vitro against eight strains of dermatophytes, seven strains of Candida yeasts, eight strains of Gram-positive and two strains of Gram-negative bacteria. Using molecular docking, we proposed that anti-staphylococcal action proceeds through the inhibition mechanism of the leading compounds to S. aureus DNA gyrase GyrB. |
