Therein, ethyl esters were undergone dealkylation leading to formation of diethylammonium carboxylates. Methyl tetrafluorosalicylate was subject to similar transformations, while trifluoro-containing analog gave salt at the hydroxyl group and in which ester fragment was remained. |
