The structural and electrical properties of the solid solutions were studied, and the valence state of the constituent ions was determined. All of the vanadium has a valence of 4+ for x < 0.06 and 5+ for x > 0.15. The lead ions are in the oxidation states 4+ and 2+ over the entire range of solid solution |
