The 1020-K conductivity of the tetragonal solid solution Bi1.8Tm0.15Nb0.05O3 +δ is comparable to that of Bi1.75Tm0.25O3, the best conductor in the Bi2O3–Tm2O3 system Доп.точки доступа: Bamburov, V.
