Most of the obtained compounds proved to possess a high bacteriostatic in vitro effect against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and Staphylococcus aureus including Methicillin-resistant strain, which is stronger than that of the commercial drug Spectinomycin.
