Аннотация: Fluorinated enaminoketones, a new type of ligands, bearing two independent coordination centers (polyether's and fluorinated enaminoketones fragments) have been obtained. The crystal structure of the Cu(II) complex of 1,5-bis-[2-(4`,4`,4`-trifluoro-1`-methyl-3`oxo-but-1`-enylamino)-phenoxy]-3-oxapentane (10) has been elucidated by X-ray crystallography. The results obtained show that the complex 10 consists of two crystallographically independent molecules C26H24CuF6N2O5 (A and B), and the metal atom in the complex 10 has four-coordinated arrangement, as a polyhedron with a distorted square with two nitrogen and two oxygen atoms located in corners.

Аннотация: The ability of diterpenoid isosteviol 1 (ent-16-oxobeyeran-19-oic acid) and some of its derivatives with ester and amide groups to bind amino acid picrates in the course of their transport through a liquid chloroform membrane was observed for the first time. Isosteviol was very competitive with dibenzo-18-crown-6 and N,N?-bis(isostevioyl)-1,4-phenylenediamine 5 was even more effective in transportation of d,l-tryptophan through a liquid chloroform membrane.

Аннотация: The effect of nanosized copper and aluminum oxides, which have a higher sorption capacity than that of bulk samples, on the Hantzsch reaction was studied. The adsorption of starting benzaldehydes and ethyl acetoacetate on the surface of copper and aluminum nanooxides resulted in the activation of these molecules and accelerated the Hantzsch reaction. In addition, considerable activation of ammonia and intermediates (chalcone and enamine) on the surface of aluminum nanooxide facilitated an increase in the rate and selectivity of the process. The experimental results were used to develop a one-pot method for the preparation of nifedipine and nitrendipine

Аннотация: Carbon-encapsulated Ni and Cu nanoparticles with a core/shell structure were synthesized by levitational gas condensation (LGC). Methane (CH4) gas was used to coat the surface of the Ni and Cu nanoparticles. The Ni particles had a core diameter of 10 nm, and were covered by 2–3 nm thin carbon layers. In the case of Cu, the particles had a core diameter of 30 nm, and multi-shells with a thickness of 2–3 nm. Biginelli reaction in the presence of l-proline and Ni encapsulated nanoparticles was carried out to change the ratio between stereoisomers in favor of the S-enantiomer for 3,4–dihydropyrimidine (DHPM) with an excess of about 18%

Аннотация: The effect of nanosized metal oxides on the regio- and stereoselectivity of the multicomponent Biginelli reaction and the reaction mechanism under conditions of heterogeneous catalysis were studied. It was found that the considerable activation of reagents occurred on the surface of metal nanooxides. The Biginelli reaction occurred by two mechanisms: a carbocationic mechanism took place along with the generally accepted mechanism (through the N-acyliminium ion). Nanosized metal oxides in the presence of chiral inductors increased the regio- and stereoselectivity of the Biginelli reaction

Аннотация: Specific features of crystal packings and pre-organization of diarylideneacetonyl crownophane molecules to solid-phase photochemical transformations were studied on the basis of X-ray diffraction data using methods of simulation of molecular crystal packings. The tendency of the most part of the synthesized macrocyclic E,E-isomers to the formation of homochiral crystals (P212121) was revealed, while (23E,26E)-11,12,14,15-tetrahydro-8H-dinaphtho-[2,1-k:1′,2′-r][1,4,7,10]tetraoxacyclononadecine-23,26-dien-25(9H)-one is prone to polymorphism. A phenomenon of solid-phase stereospecific photochemical dimerization of molecules according to the syn-head-to-tail type without crystal destruction (single crystal—single crystal transformation) was found for one of the modifications of this crownophane

Аннотация: A new type of intramolecular cyclization of 1,5-bis[2-(E-3-oxo-3-phenylprop-1-enyl)-phenoxy]-3-oxapentane with 3-aminotriazole promoted by potassium ions was discovered. A cascade mechanism for the formation of crownophane with 4,7-dihydro[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]-pyrimidine fragment was suggested. Effects of oligooxyethylene fragment of the chalcone podand and acid-base catalysis on the selectivity of the cyclocondensation processes and degree of oxidation of triazolopyrimidine fragments were studied. The product structures were confirmed by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction study
