Аннотация: Acidic hydrolysis of N-acyl 1-methyl- and 1-phenyl-3-amino-1,2-dicarba-closo-dodecaboranes has been studied. It has been shown that acidic hydrolysis of diastereomeric amides of 1-methyl-3-amino-1,2-dicarba-closo-dodecaborane results in the partial racemization of the target 3-amino-1-methylcarborane. Under the similar conditions, the hydrolysis of N-acyl-3-amino-1-phenyl-1,2-dicarba-closo-dodecaboranes resulted in amide bond cleavage accompanied by simultaneous deboronation with the removal of boron atom at position 6 of carborane cage and formation of 7,8-dicarba-nido-undecaborane derivative according to 11B and 1H NMR spectroscopy.

Аннотация: Bis(N,N-dimethylamino)methane has been shown to be a convenient reagent for the aminomethylation of chlorophyll a derivatives. Methylpheophorbide a (in enol form) and chlorin e6 13-amides were aminomethylated with bis(N,N-dimethylamino)methane. Reactivity of methylpheophorbide a exo-ring and chlorin e6 13-amides vinyl group were shown to be different. Selective methylpheophorbide a exo-ring aminomethylation was realized and isomerization of the exo-ring aminomethylation product with rhodochlorin 15-acrylic derivative formation was studied. The action of bis(N,N- dimethylamino)-methane in the presence of weak acid has been shown to be a simple and effective synthetic procedure to obtain a new chlorin e6 derivative with two N,N-dimethylaminomethyl substituents in the vinyl group. The aminomethylation products' high yields, the simplicity of the procedure, the use of metal-free chlorines and the possible synthesis of new compounds, were found to be the main advantages of using bis(N,N-dimethylamino)methane as an aminomethylation reagent in chlorophyll a derivatives' chemistry

Recently, this line of investigations has been rapidly developed and very interesting results of design and synthetic application of both new catalysts and chiral acylating agents have been obtained. Аннотация: Reactions of chromones with dilithiooximes proceed via nucleophilic 1,2-addition to give, on acidification, 4H-chromene-4-spiro-5-isoxazoline derivatives in high yields. On treatment with concentrated H2SO4 the isoxazoline ring of this novel spiroannulated heterocyclic system opens to give alfa,beta-unsaturated oximes, which undergo nitrosation, bromination, and the Beckmann rearrangement to the corresponding spiroisoxazolines and alfa,beta-unsaturated amides, respectively. Аннотация: A number of novel amides were synthesized by coupling of 6-[(9H-purin-6-yl)amino]hexanoic acid to heterocyclic amines. The antiviral activity of the obtained compounds, as well as of purine conjugates in which 7,8-difluoro-3-methyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,4-benzoxazine is linked to position 6 of purine through a fragment of ɷ-amino acids with varying lengths of polymethylene chains against influenza A and B viruses was studied in vitro. Purine derivatives have been shown to have moderate activity against influenza A (H1N1) virus. The antiinfluenza activity and cytotoxicity of conjugates with 7,8-difluoro-3-methyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,4-benzoxazine depend on the length of the linker fragment.

Аннотация: Zinc enolates obtained from ethyl 2,2-dialkyl-4,4-dibromo-3-oxobutanoates and zinc react with N-substituted 2-oxochromen-3-carboxamides forming ethyl 3-(1a-(R3-carbamoyl)-2-oxo-1a,7b-dihydrocyclopropa[c]chromen-1-yl)-2,2-dialkyl-3-oxopropanoate isomer with a Z-position of methine hydrogens. Zinc enolates prepared from alkyl 2,2-dialkyl-4,4-dibromo-3-oxopentanoates and-hexanoates and zinc react with N-substituted 2-oxochromen-3-carboxamides to give rise to esters of 3-(1-alkyl-1a-(R3-carbamoyl)-2-oxo-1a,7b-dihydrocyclopropa-[c]chromen-1-yl)-2,2-dialkyl-3-oxopropanoic acid as isomers with the E-position of the methine proton and the alkyl substituent. The reaction carried out in the presence of small quantities of THF and HMPA leads to the formation of 9c-alkyl-2-R3-9b,9c-dihydro-5-oxa-2-azacyclopenta[2,3]-cyclopropa[1,2-a]naphthalene-1,3,4-triones. Zinc enolates from alkyl 2,2-dialkyl-4,4-dibromo-3-oxopentanoates and-hexanoates and zinc with the secondary amides of 2-oxochromen-3-carboxylic acid form alkyl 3-(2-oxo-1a-(piperidinocarbonyl)-and 3-(6-R1-1a-(morpholinocarbonyl)-2-oxo-1a,7b-dihydrocyclopropa[c]chromen-1-yl)-2,2-R2,R2-3-oxopropanoates as single geometrical isomers

Аннотация: Reactions of chromones with methyl ketoximes in the presence of lithium diisopropylamide follow the nucleophilic 1,2-addition mechanism to give spiro[4H-chromene-4,5?-isoxazolines] in good yields. The isoxazoline ring in spiro[4H-chromene-4,5?-isoxazolines] undergoes opening under the action of conc. H2SO4, yielding ?,?-unsaturated oximes. Their nitrosation and bromination lead to the corresponding spiroisoxazolines, while the Beckmann rearrangement, to ?,?-unsaturated amides. The latter are also formed directly from spiro[4H-chromene-4,5?-isoxazolines] under the action of PCl5. N-Substituted acetophenone hydrazones in the presence of lithium diisopropylamide react at the C(4) atom of 2-trifluoromethylchromone, while acetophenone anil under the same conditions, at the C(2) atom
