Аннотация: We have suggested a one-step method for the synthesis of thi-ocarbamoyl derivatives of polyallylamine (TСPAA) and polyaminostyrene (TСPAS) in the eutectic melt thiourea/ammonium thiocyanate, that is more safe and simple in comparison with the known method of functionalization using carbon disulfide. The resulting derivatives are insoluble and can be used as sor-bents without additional cross-linking. Sorption properties of TCPAA and TCPAS toward gold, silver and mercury ions have been studied in solutions of ammonia-thiosulfate leaching of gold and silver-containing sludge of Chalgan experimental workshop, which are also contaminated with mercury. It was shown that both TCPAA and TCPAS are efficient sorbents for silver, while ef-fective recovery of gold and mercury is achieved only with low- and medium-substituted TCPAA.

Представлены результаты исследования методом растровой электронной микроскопии и механических испытаний выделенных УВ в сравнении с исходными УВ, используемыми для создания полимерных композиционных материалов.

Аннотация: Products of the hydrothermal alteration of rocks and vertical zonality at the Kanimansur silver-polymetallic deposit (Tadjikistan) have been studied. On the basis of these studies, physicocochemical conditions of metasomatism and ore formation were reviewed. Condensed carbonaceous matter in wall rock metasomatites and ores were found and carbon isotopic composition of this carbonaceous matter and composition of gases in open pores in rocks of the deposit were analyzed. As a result of geological observations, analysis of mineral parageneses, compositions of minerals, and chemistry of wall rock alteration, the following four stages of the hydrothermal process were distinguished: autometasomatic, propylitic, preore chlorite-sericite, and synore. Mineral geothermometers were used to estimate the temperatures of metasomatism, which varied within the range 200-250°C for all stages except for the autometasomatic stage (450-500°C). The formation of unhydrated light micas, quartz, and highly ferruginuous chlorites was related to acid preore metasomatism. The stability of these chlorites testifies to a slight increase in the acidity of solutions during the preore stage (pH not less than 3.5). The wall rock metasomatites and sulfide ores are characterized by a relatively rare occurrence of pyrite due to a low activity of the sulfide sulfur during hydrothermal alterations (logaS2 = -7...-10). The low activity of the sulfide sulfur is confirmed by the fact that iron is tied in a highly ferruginuous chlorite. At upper ore levels, even zinc is tied in chlorite. This testifies to a much greater aS2 /aO2 value. Judging by the participation of carbonaceous matter in the process, ore components were deposited due to a local increase in the alkalinity at the ore-forming stage and oxidation of reduced fluids. The established features of metasomatic transformations, are related to particulars of the regional magmatism.????

Аннотация: The mode of distribution of carbonaceous matter (CM) and specific characteristics of the metasomatic zonation were studied, as well as physicochemical conditions of the ore deposition and wall rock alteration at the Sovetsk gold deposit. The deposit relates to the quartz vein low-sulfide type and is hosted by carbonaceous rock sequences ("black shales") within a wide shear zone. This shear zone spreads along the regional Ishimbin strike-slip deep fault. The Proterozoic Tatarsk-Ayakhtin granitic complex, intruding the ore bearing rocks, composes the core of the ore district. Granites compose a pluton roof, where Olimpiada and Veduga gold deposits occur, and in contact zones the Eldorado and Pereval'ninsk deposits are located. The Sovetsk deposit is situated farther from the pluton contacts. The rocks of the ore-bearing sequence are metamorphosed in the chlorite-muscovite greenschists facies. A specific feature of wall rock alteration is unclear lateral metasomatic zonation with gradual transition between zones and alternating bands of strong and weak alterations. The main metasomatic minerals are muscovite and chlorite. Quartz and carbonate are subordinate, and ilmenite, rutile, monoclinic, and hexagonal pyrrhotites are accessories. Above ore bodies turmaline is rather common, but inside and below ore bodies albite occurs. The distribution and zonation of metasomatic parageneses allow us to call this kind of wall rock alteration as "disseminated metasomatism." The rock alteration developed sinchroneously with dynamic metamorphism in the strongly anisotropic sheared rocks. The absence or low intensity of acidic metasomatism is an important feature of the deposit. The temperature of metamorphism was 500-460°C, of wall rock alteration - 460-350°C, and of ore deposition (from early to late stages) from 380 to 150°C. The disseminated CM was metamorphosed to the low graphitic stage, and the condensed CM in veinlets corresponds to the late antracitic stage. The fugacity of oxygen and sulfur in the fluids was estimated with ilmenite = rutile + pyrrhotite equilibrium, composition of pyrrhotite and chlorite. The oxygen fugacity was lower than that of the ilmenite-magnetite buffer, and sulfur fugacity was lower than that of the pyrite-pyrhothite buffer. Nearer to the ore bodies the sulfur fugaeity increases, and inside ore bodies it corresponds to the pyrite + pyrrhotite paragenesis. The calculations of the oxygen fugacity with the gas composition in the system C-O-H suggests that the ratios CO2/CH4/H2O are close to the QFM and ilmenite-magnetite buffers and similar to that received with some mineral fugometers. Hydrocarbons with 2-4 carbon atoms appear not to be in equilibrium with CO2. The variation intervals of pH, fo2 and (before the ore deposition) of T are rather narrow. The pressure under metamorphism exceeded 1.9 kbar, but it decreased to the beginning of ore deposition to 0.7 kbar. This means that ores were deposited in an extension environment.

Аннотация: This paper gives experimental critical temperatures and pressures of 10 n-alkylbenzenes C6H5CnH2n+1 with the number of carbons in the side chain n = 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 13. n-Alkylbenzenes that are heavier than butylbenzene are thermally unstable at their critical points. The method of pulse heating of a wire probe placed into the liquid under study has been used. Residence times are from (0.01 to 1) ms. Equations for the correlation of the critical temperatures and pressures of n-alkylbenzenes with the number of carbon atoms in the side chain, molar mass, and normal boiling point have been obtained. Аннотация: TiO2/C nanocomposites have been synthesized by developing a facile route based on the annealing of titanium glycerolate in inert atmosphere at 250–850 °C. X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the annealing temperature determines the crystal structure of the TiO2 phase in the compounds, which can be amorphous, anatase, and rutile. In contrast, the nanosized rod-like morphology which to a certain extent is predefined by the titanium glycerolate precursor does not depend on the annealing temperature. The carbon content of the TiO2/C composites amounts to 16–29 wt% and shows up, e.g., in the characteristic Raman D and G bands. Anatase-structured TiO2/C, which is obtained at 600 °C, exhibits the best electrochemical performance among the studied materials. Without the addition of carbon black, it reaches an initial specific discharge capacity of 378 mA h g−1 at 100 mA g−1 and exhibits excellent rate capability with a capacity of 186 mA h g−1 at 1000 mA g−1.

Аннотация: The thermal stability of the unmodified, aminated, and thiocarbamoylated polysiloxanes has been studied. The siloxane matrix is stable in the temperature range up to 800°C. For the first time, mass spectrometry has been applied to the analysis of the composition of the gaseous products of thermal decomposition of the studied polysiloxanes. It has been shown that, in the process of thermal decomposition, the terminal functional groups are detached and oxidized. Water, ammonia, nitrogen, carbon, and sulfur (in the case of thiourea-modified sorbent) oxides are formed predominantly. The quantitative removal of functional groups during heating up to 800°C has been confirmed by IR spectroscopy. A mechanism of thermal decomposition of polysiloxane xerogels has been proposed. It has been found that adsorption of platinum increases the thermal stability of the samples

Аннотация: 1,8-Bis(diisothiosemicarbazido)-3,6-dioxaoctane have been synthesized by subsequent treatment of 2,2 -(ethylenedioxy)bisethylamine with carbon disulfide, sodium chloroacetate, and hydrazine hydrate. 1,8-Bis- (diisothiosemicarbazido)-3,6-dioxaoctane has reacted with lithium 1,1-difluoropenta-2,4-dionate in glacial acetic acid to yield 1,8-bis[5R*,5 R*(5-hydroxy-5-difluoromethyl-4,5-dihydro-3-methyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-1-carbothioamido]-3,6-dioxaoctane. The molecular and crystal structure of the product has been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.

Аннотация: Magnetic iron nanoparticles (MNPs) encapsulated in a carbon shells and containing sulfo groups on the surface (Fe@C-SO3H) were synthesized. The aggregative stability of aqueous suspensions of the Fe@C-SO3H nanoparticles was studied in solutions of bovine serum albumin and calcium chloride and in phosphate-buffered saline, which simulate blood plasma. It is shown that the Fe@C-SO3H particles practically do not aggregate in the phosphate buffer saline for a long time (several days). On the contrary, MNPs encapsulated in a protein shells using ultrasonic treatment form aggregates up to 110–120 nm in size under these conditions. Suspensions of the Fe@C-SO3H particles are stable in aqueous solutions of calcium chloride in the range of the solid phase concentration between 0.05 and 0.10 g L−1. The results obtained indicate the possibility of using the functionalized Fe@C-SO3H nanoparticles in vitro experiments in biological media.

Аннотация: General method for preparation of high yields of novel N-protected carborane amino acid derivatives, 3-acylamino-1-carboxymethyl-2-R-o-carboranes (R = H, Me, Ph), is reported. The synthesis starts from readily available 3-amino-o-carboranes and includes the protection of amino group, introduction of carboxymethyl function to the carbon atom of polyhedron via the metallation of carborane CH bond with sodium amide in liquid ammonia, and treatment of corresponding sodium carboranes with sodium bromoacetate. Аннотация: Carbon-encapsulated Ni and Cu nanoparticles with a core/shell structure were synthesized by levitational gas condensation (LGC). Methane (CH4) gas was used to coat the surface of the Ni and Cu nanoparticles. The Ni particles had a core diameter of 10 nm, and were covered by 2–3 nm thin carbon layers. In the case of Cu, the particles had a core diameter of 30 nm, and multi-shells with a thickness of 2–3 nm. Аннотация: In this work, a versatile synthetic protocol for obtaining of new promising carbon materials based on the C–C coupling of graphenide lithium species with azaaromatic compounds (1,10-phenanthroline, phenyl-1,2,5-oxadiazolo[3,4-b]pyrazine) has been suggested. It was shown that more electrophilic oxadiazolopyrazine gave the product with high degree of graphene functionalization and demonstrated non-isomorphic properties. At the same time, phenanthrolinyl graphene has less functionalization degree due to a lower electrophilicity of azine. However, the large size of pores between organic residues in phenanthrolinyl graphene allows adsorbing almost 10% of Eu3+. The mesurment of adsorption isotherm showed an extremely high affinity of phenanthrolinylgraphene to Eu (III) ions in netural or alkaline conditions, and the obtained hybrid material could work at least 5 sorption/desorption cycles. The structures of azine-graphene dyads were verified by complex of modern physicochemical analyses methods (the Raman spectroscopy, FTIR, XPS, SEM, EDS and TGA analyses).

Аннотация: Using coprecipitation, a sol–sol method, and molecular layering, we have synthesized SiO2–ZrO2 composites with SiO2 : ZrO2 ratios from 1 : 1 to 9 : 1 and a large specific surface area, which increases with growth silicon-containing component concentration. Using adsorption of Hammett indicators, we have assessed the concentration of acid–base centers in the pK range 1.3–9.6, which has been shown to vary from 68 to 160 μmol/g. Elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy data have demonstrated the presence of not only water but also nitrate ions and carbon dioxide on the surface of the samples. It has been shown that the use of nanoparticulate SiO2–ZrO2 oxides as heterogeneous catalysts—promoters for (2S,4R)-4-hydroxyprolyl-(S)-1-phenylethylamine trifluoroacetate, a chiral inducer in the asymmetric Biginelli reaction, makes it possible to raise ee (enantiomeric excess) from 39 to 68% and the reaction yield from 29 to 55%.

Аннотация: In this work a comparative study of Screen-Printed Carbon Electrodes (SPCE) – bare and modified by drop casting with carbonaceous nanomaterials (CNMs) as Multi Walled Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNT), Carbon Black and Functionalized Carbon Black for voltammetric determination of 5-methyl-6-nitro-7-oxo-4,7-dihydro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidinide l-arginine monohydrate (Triazid) as a potential drug with a broad spectrum of antiviral activity is reported. Bare SPCE and CNMs modified SPCE (SPCE/CNMs) have been characterized morphologically by SEM and electrochemically by cyclic voltammetry/electrochemical impedance spectroscopy with [Fe(CN)6]4−/3− as redox probe. Significant improvement of electrochemical performances is achieved with SPCE/CNMs compared with the bare SPCE. Among SPCE/CNMs studied SPCE modified with MWCNT (SPCE/CNT) is characterized by the best combination of electrochemical properties and electroanalytical performance towards TD. The linear dynamic range is 25–200 mg L−1 (R2=0.9975) with the limit of detection – 2.8 mg L−1 Triazid using SPCE/CNT and Square-Wave Voltammetry technique. The developed sensor was successfully used for Triazid determination in the Pharmaceutical Substance “TRIAZID”. The results achieved with SPCE/CNMs after chemical binding of dissolved oxygen in 0.04 M Britton-Robinson buffer+0.04 M Na2SO3 (pH 7.2±0.2) are very useful for further development of cost-effective and time-consuming pharmaceutical routine assay.
