Аннотация: Perfluoro(2,3-epoxy-2-methylpentane) reacted with o-phenylenediamine and ethylenediamine via cleavage of the C-C bond to produce 2,2,3,3,3-pentafluoro-N-[2-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-trifluoromethylethylamino)-phenyl]propanamide and 2,2,3,3,3-pentafluoro-N-[2-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-trifluoromethylethylamino)ethyl]-propanamide, respectively. Presumably, these compounds are formed as a result of rearrangement of intermediate ketone generated by intramolecular haloform-type reaction. According to the NMR and X-ray diffraction data, 2,2,3,3,3-pentafluoro-N-[2-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-trifluoromethylethylamino)phenyl]propanamide in crystal exists as Z conformer with respect to the amide C-N bond

Аннотация: In this paper we report the synthesis of novel S-alkenyl derivatives of 5-(trifluoromethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol via alkenation reaction with different alkenyl halides. Reaction between the resulting S-alkenation products and iodine proceeds regiospecifically to give new fused fluorine- and iodine-containing [1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3]thiazine heterocyclic systems. The structure of synthesized compounds was confirmed by mass spectra, IR, 1H, 13C and 19F NMR spectroscopy including 2D 1H–13C HSQC, 1H–1H COSY, 1H–13C HMBC correlations, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Аннотация: A novel method for the synthesis of a hetaryl containing chelate amino polymer, namely, N (4(5) imidazolylmethyl)chitosan (IMC), with a degree of substitution up to 0.3 was pro posed. The "synthesis in gel" approach involves direct substitution of the hydroxyl group in 4(5) imidazolylmethanol. The structures of these polymers were confirmed by 1H NMR data. For sorption studies, IMC samples were crosslinked with epichlorohydrin and diglycidyl ethers of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol. The degrees of swelling and sorption properties of the polymers largely depend on the crosslinking agent and the degree of crosslinking. The sorption capacities of IMC for AuIII, PtIV, and PdII ions are higher than those of the nonmodified polymer. The extraction of noble metal ions from chloride solutions becomes more selective with increasing degree of crosslinking. The sorption capacity of IMC for CoII and NiII ions is higher than those of chitosan and its known N heterocyclic derivatives

Аннотация: The selectively 15N labeled azido-1,2,4-triazine 2*A and azidopyrimidine 4*A were synthesized by treating hydrazinoazines with 15N-labeled nitrous acid. The synthesized compounds were studied by 1H, 13C, and 15N NMR spectroscopy in DMSO, TFA, and DMSO/TFA solutions, where the azide-tetrazole equilibrium could lead to the formation of two tetrazoles (T, T′) and one azide (A) isomer for each compound. The incorporation of the 15N label led to the appearance of long-range 1H-15N coupling constants (JHN), which can be measured easily by using amplitude-modulated 1D 1H spin-echo experiments with selective inversion of the 15N nuclei. The observed JHN patterns enable the unambiguous determination of the mode of fusion between the azole and azine rings in the two groups of tetrazole isomers (2*T′, 4*T′ and 2*T, 4*T), even for minor isoforms with a low concentration in solution. However, the azide isomers (2*A and 4*A) are characterized by the absence of detectable J HN coupling. The analysis of the JHN couplings in 15N-labeled compounds provides a simple and efficient method for direct NMR studies of the azide-tetrazole equilibrium in solution

Аннотация: 3-Trifluoromethyl-substituted 4-nitrosopyrazolines and 4-nitrosopyrazoles were prepared by a one-pot synthesis from trifluoromethyl-containing 1,3-diketones, sodium nitrite in acetic acid, and hydrazines (hydrazine hydrate, methylhydrazine). 3-Trifluoromethylpyrazolines can be converted to pyrazoles on heating. The use of phenylhydrazine in these reactions led to the formation of regioisomeric 4-hydroxyimino-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyrazoline. The structure of heterocycles synthesized was established using X-ray diffraction study, 1H and 19F NMR spectroscopy. The obtained products exhibited considerable tuberculostatic activity

Аннотация: 1H and 29Si NMR spectroscopy showed that the product of the reaction of dimethyldiethoxysilane with glycerol in the molar ratio 1: 2 is an equilibrium mixture of dimethyldiglyceroxysilane and low-molecular-weight condensation products. The change of viscosity of silicon dimethylglycerolates, synthesized using different excesses of glycerol, versus time was studied by viscosimetry. Composition of products of hydrolysis and condensation of silicon dimethylglycerolates is determined by their concentration in the starting aqueous solutions

Аннотация: Atropoisomerism of tertiary 13-amides of chlorin e 6 was studied by the methods of X-ray analysis, 1H NMR spectroscopy, and high performance liquid chromatography on the example of 13-N,N-dimethylamide-15,17-dimethyl ester of chlorin e 6. The spatial structure of the major and minor atropoisomers was established. The possibility of reversible interconversion of the atropoisomers of the studied compound in solution was shown
