Аннотация: Products of the hydrothermal alteration of rocks and vertical zonality at the Kanimansur silver-polymetallic deposit (Tadjikistan) have been studied. On the basis of these studies, physicocochemical conditions of metasomatism and ore formation were reviewed. Condensed carbonaceous matter in wall rock metasomatites and ores were found and carbon isotopic composition of this carbonaceous matter and composition of gases in open pores in rocks of the deposit were analyzed. As a result of geological observations, analysis of mineral parageneses, compositions of minerals, and chemistry of wall rock alteration, the following four stages of the hydrothermal process were distinguished: autometasomatic, propylitic, preore chlorite-sericite, and synore. Mineral geothermometers were used to estimate the temperatures of metasomatism, which varied within the range 200-250°C for all stages except for the autometasomatic stage (450-500°C). The formation of unhydrated light micas, quartz, and highly ferruginuous chlorites was related to acid preore metasomatism. The stability of these chlorites testifies to a slight increase in the acidity of solutions during the preore stage (pH not less than 3.5). The wall rock metasomatites and sulfide ores are characterized by a relatively rare occurrence of pyrite due to a low activity of the sulfide sulfur during hydrothermal alterations (logaS2 = -7...-10). The low activity of the sulfide sulfur is confirmed by the fact that iron is tied in a highly ferruginuous chlorite. At upper ore levels, even zinc is tied in chlorite. This testifies to a much greater aS2 /aO2 value. Judging by the participation of carbonaceous matter in the process, ore components were deposited due to a local increase in the alkalinity at the ore-forming stage and oxidation of reduced fluids. The established features of metasomatic transformations, are related to particulars of the regional magmatism.????

Аннотация: A procedure was developed for modification of titanium dioxide xerogel by addition of powder cellulose in the stage preceding hydrolysis of tetramethoxytitanium. Аннотация: Here we suggest a new method of chitosan sulfur derivatives (thiocarbamoylchitosans, TC-chitosans) synthesis via reaction in eutectic two-component system ammonium rodanide–thiourea that allows significant increase of substitution degrees at the reduced time and reagent consumption as compared to conventional synthetic procedures. The sorption properties of TC-chitosans with substitution degrees (DS) from 0.4 to 0.9 toward Au(III), Pt(IV), Pd(II) ions were studied in chloride solutions, including systems with 10 to 1000-fold excess of Fe(III), Cu(II), and Zn(II) over the precious metal ions content. The sorption capacities of TC-chitosans increase with DS and change in the row: Au(III) Pd(II) Pt(IV) ? Cu(II) Fe(III) Zn(II). The maximum sorption capacities of TC-chitosan with DS 0.9 for Pt(IV), Pd(II), and Au(III) were 1.24 mmol/g, 3.43 mmol/g, and 3.81 mmol/g, respectively. Characterization of precious metals oxidation states by the XPS method after the sorption on TC-chitosan revealed that the platinum and gold recovery occurred with reduction of Au(III) to Au(I)/Au(0) and Pt(IV) to Pt(II)????

Аннотация: The efficiencies of hydrogen peroxide derivatives in the Baeyer–Villiger oxidation of cyclopen­tanone to δ-valerolactone have been compared. The oxidants used were hydrogen peroxide in acetic, formic, or trifluoroacetic acid, magnesium and sodium monoperoxyphthalates, cumene hydroperoxide, and tert-butyl hydroperoxide. The oxidation was carried out in water, aqueous methanol, and water–ethyl acetate. Sodium and magnesium monoperoxyphthalates turned out to provide high conversion and selectivity under mild conditions.

Аннотация: A series of novel [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-b][1,2,4,5]tetrazines has been synthesized through oxidation reaction of the corresponding 3,6-disubstituted 1,2,4,5-tetrazines bearing amidine fragments. It is shown that the heterocyclic systems obtained can be modified easily at C(3) position in the reactions with aliphatic alcohols and amines. Also, the reactivity of [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-b][1,2,4,5]tetrazines towards CH-active compounds has been studied. The obtained triazolo[1,5-b]annulated 1,2,4,5-tetrazines proved to be active in micromolar concentrations in vitro against filamentous anthropophilic and zooanthropophilic dermatophyte fungi (Trichophyton, Microsporum and Epidermofiton), which cause skin and its appendages (hair, nails) diseases.

Oxidation with urea hydrogen peroxide is the most efficient in hexafluoroisopropanol in the case of preliminary removal of urea in the form of an oxalate. Oxidation with sodium perborate and percarbonate provides high yields in trifluoroacetic acid. Аннотация: Scieces of data on the synthesis and antitumour activity of 4-aminoquinazolines are summarized and analyzed. Key methods for the synthesis of these compounds are considered, primarily cyclocondensation of carboxylic acid derivatives, as well as the oxidation of quinazolines and the cyclization of disubstituted thioureas. Improvements of synthetic schemes for erlotinib, gefitinib and lapatinib, which are the best-known pharmaceuticals based on compounds of the title class, are also considered. Synthetic strategies and biological activities for new 4-aminoquinazoline derivatives that are EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitors, multiactive compounds, and labelled compounds for use as positron emission tomography (PET) imaging agents are discussed.

Аннотация: Cr (x) Ti(1 - x) Se(2) (x = 0-0.83) solid solutions have been synthesized. Single crystals have been grown in the range of concentrations x = 0-0.83. Structural studies of samples have revealed that chromium atoms substitute titanium in the TiSe(2) matrix. The X-ray photoelectron spectra of the core levels, the resonance spectra of the valence bands in 1T-Cr (x) Ti(1 - x) Se(2), and the X-ray absorption spectra of titanium and chromium are studied. The titanium and chromium atoms are shown to have oxidation numbers of +4 and +3, respectively, in an identical octahedral environment. The local density of chromium states has been calculated. The results of the calculation agree well with the experimental data and indicate that the electronic 3d states of chromium substituting titanium in the matrix are spin-polarized and the density of chromium states is halfmetal magnet in behavior

Аннотация: Cobalt-containing hybrid organo-inorganic materials based on the chitosan-SiO2, chitosan-Al2O3, and chitosan-cellulose systems were obtained.
