Аннотация: Acyclic N,N?-(poly)ethylene-bis(2-arylazo-1,3-aminovinylketones) are the main products in the reactions of fluoroalkyl-containing 2-arylhydrazono-1,3-diketones with ethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine and triethylenetetramine. Nickel(II) and copper(II) chelates were obtained from N,N'-ethylene-bis(2-arylazo-1,3-aminovinylketones). 2-Arylhydrazono-3-fluoroacyl esters formed N,N?-ethylenediamides of 2-arylhydrazono-3-fluoroacylpropionic acids with ethylenediamine. Interaction of 2-arylhydrazono-3-fluoroacyl esters with diethylenetriamine and triethylenetetramine resulted in and decomposition products.????

Аннотация: 2-Arylhydrazono-1,3-diketones react with ethylenediamine to give, depending on the substituents, dihydro-1,4-diazepine derivative or N,N'-ethylenebis(1,3-aminovinyl ketones). Treatment of the latter with nickel(II) or copper(II) acetate results in formation of the corresponding metal chelates. Nickel complexes of N,N'-ethylenebis(1,3-aminovinyl ketones) can also be synthesized from 2-arylhydrazono-1,3-diketones and ethylenediamine on a metal template. Reactions of 2-arylhydrazono-3-oxo esters with ethylenediamine yield N,N'-ethylenebis(3-alkyl-2-arylhydrazono-3-oxopropionamides). Ethyl 2-arylhydrazonoacetoacetate reacts with ethylenediamine under mild conditions, affording ethyl 2-p-tolylazo-3-[2-(2-p-tolylhydrazono-1,3-dioxobutylamino)ethylamino]-2-butenoate??

Аннотация: 3-Arylhydrazono-4-polyfluoroalkyl-2,4-dioxobutanoates reacted with hydrazines to give ethyl 4-aryldiazeno-3-polyfluoroalkyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylates, while analogous reactions of ethyl 3-arylhydrazono-4-pentafluorophenyl-2,4-dioxobutanoates resulted in the formation of 4-aryldiazeno-3-pentafluorophenyl-1,2-dihydropyridazine-5,6-diones or 6-aryl-7,8,9,10-tetrafluoro-2-phenyl-2,4a,6,10b-tetradropyridazo[4,3-c]cinnoline-3,4-diones, depending on the conditions. Cyclocondensation of ethyl 3-arylhydrazono-4-polyfluoroalkyl(or pentafluorophenyl)-2,4-dioxobutanoates with ethylenediamine led to 3-[1-arylhydrazono-2-oxo-2-polyfluoroalkyl(or pentafluorophenyl)ethyl]-5,6-dihydropyrazin-2(1H)-ones, and 3-[1-arylhydrazono-2-oxo-2-polyfluoroalkyl(pentafluorophenyl)ethyl]benzoxazin-2-ones were formed in the condensation with o-aminophenol. Pentafluorophenyl-substituted heterocycles were found to undergo intramolecular ring closure to give 3-hetaryl-substituted 1-aryl-5,6,7,8-tetrafluoro-1,4-dihydrocinnolin-4-ones. The reactions of ethyl 3-arylhydrazono-4-pentafluorophenyl-2,4-dioxobutanoates with o-aminobenzenethiol gave 3-[7-(2-aminophenylsulfanyl)-1-aryl-5,6,8-trifluoro-4-oxo-1,4-dihydrocinnolin-3-yl]benzothiazin-2-ones; 8a-hydroxy-11,12,13,14-tetrafluoro-10-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2,3,4,5,6,7,8a,10-octahydropyrazino[1?,2?:4,5][1,4]diazepino[6,7-c]cinnolin-8-one was isolated in the condensation of ethyl 3-(4-methoxyphenylhydrazono)-4-pentafluorophenyl-2,4-dioxobutanoate with N-(2-aminoethyl)ethane-1,2-diamine ??

Аннотация: It has been found that the reactions of polyfluoro-2,3-epoxyalkanes with ethylenediamine and 2-aminoethanol yield 2,3-di(polyfluoroalkyl)-1,5,6-trihydro-1,4-diazin-2-ols and 2,3-di(polyfluoroalkyl)-5,6-dihydro-1,4-oxazin-2-ols, respectively. In the case of unsymmetrical oxiranes mixtures of regioisomeric heterocyclic compounds have been obtained. These reactions were found to give some byproducts - N,N?-bis(polyfluoroacyl)ethylenediamines and N-polyfluoroacyl-2-aminoethanols.

The structure of 3-benzyl-8-nonafluorobutyl-3,4-dihydro-2H,6H-pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3,5] thiadiazin-6-one was studied by the X-ray diffraction analysis. The use of ethylenediamine in these reactions yields 3,3′-ethane-1,2-diyl- bis(pyrimido[2,1-b]thiadiazinone) as a result of the bis-double Mannich cyclocondensation. 8-Polyfluoroalkyl-pyrimido[2,1-b]thiadiazines exhibit weak tuberculostatic activity

Аннотация: Perfluoro(2,3-epoxy-2-methylpentane) reacted with o-phenylenediamine and ethylenediamine via cleavage of the C-C bond to produce 2,2,3,3,3-pentafluoro-N-[2-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-trifluoromethylethylamino)-phenyl]propanamide and 2,2,3,3,3-pentafluoro-N-[2-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-trifluoromethylethylamino)ethyl]-propanamide, respectively. Presumably, these compounds are formed as a result of rearrangement of intermediate ketone generated by intramolecular haloform-type reaction. According to the NMR and X-ray diffraction data, 2,2,3,3,3-pentafluoro-N-[2-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-trifluoromethylethylamino)phenyl]propanamide in crystal exists as Z conformer with respect to the amide C-N bond

Аннотация: Autocatalyzed one-pot multicomponent cyclization of polyfluoroalkyl-3-oxo ester and ethylenediamine with aldehyde is an effective approach to octa-, hexa- and tetrahydroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridines generated mainly due to the α,β-unsaturated aldehyde addition, often formed in situ, to the 3-oxo ester methylene fragment, followed by the pyridine backbone closure at one of the carbonyl groups.
