Аннотация: Thermal fluctuations under the transition from nucleate to film boiling of water on a wire heater and fluctuations of jet form during an outflow of superheated liquid from a pressure vessel were experimentally investigated. It has been found that power spectrum of the fluctuations has got a low frequency component corresponding to a 1/f law (flicker noise).??The effect given is connected with the occurrence of nonequilibrium phase transitions in the systems: a crisis of heat transfer under the transition from nucleate to film boiling and a crisis of a flow in boiling-up of superheated liquid jet??

Special attention is paid to the search for technical means for controlling the power of the probe heating in a pulse experiment with the thermophysical properties of the substance taken into account. Applications of three particular cases are considered: techniques for the constant heating power, the thermal stabilization of the pulse-heated probe, and cooling of the shock-heated probe for investigating the behavior of multicomponent and high-molecular fluids essentially superheated above the temperature of phase equilibrium and/or temperature of molecule thermodestruction in a quasi-static process. Opportunities for application of the method are presented, in particular, for fast detection of volatile admixtures (including their traces) in high-molecular fluids, e.g., in oils of power equipment

Such a process has been realized in the region of superposition of a superconductor-normal conductor phase transition on a liquid-vapor crisis transition in a boiling cooler. A mathematical model describing phase transitions in a dynamical system with two interacting order parameters, converting "white" noise into two stationary stochastic processes with 1/f and 1/f(2) spectra has been suggested. The properties of model oscillations with 1/f spectrum are qualitatively adequate to those observed in experiment. The characteristic difference of model oscillations with a 1/f(2) spectrum from classic random walks has also been noted

Аннотация: The method of lifetime measurement has been used to investigate the kinetics of spontaneous boiling-up of superheated argonhelium and argon?neon solutions. Experiments were made at a pressure of p = 1.5 MPa and concentrations up to 0.33 mol% in the range of nucleation rates from 104 to 108 s1 m3. The homogeneous nucleation regime has been distinguished. With good agreement between experimental data and homogeneous nucleation theory in temperature and concentration dependences of the nucleation rate, a systematic underestimation by 0.250.34 K has been revealed in superheat temperatures over the saturated line attained by experiment as compared with theoretical values calculated in a macroscopic approximation. The revealed disagreement between theory and experiment is connected with the dependence of the properties of new-phase nuclei on their size.
