Аннотация: Molten mixtures of sodium hydroxide and sodium chloride were examined using Raman spectroscopy. The shift of the valence vibration band nu(OH), the change of the orientation relaxation time tau(2r), and the variation of the effective inertia moment I-eff of the hydroxide-ion depending on temperature and chemical composition of the melts indicated the formation of ionic groups Na+-OH ... Cl--Na+ thanks to appearance of hydrogen bonds. The degree of associate formation was found to increase with growing concentration of halide-ions and reducing temperature

Аннотация: Проведено стадийное рассмотрение поляризационного поведения газового электрода с учетом гетерогенных электрохимических (химических) реакций в диффузионной доставке (отвода) в приэлектродном слое электролита реагентов и продуктов. Дано математическое описание релаксационного поведения электродной системы на основе системы дифференциальных уравнений обычного типа и с частными производными. Их применение на основе численного моделирования проиллюстрировано примерами. Для единой количественной меры инерционных свойств электродной системы при изменении ее поляризационного состояния предложено использовать наряду с емкостью двойного электрического слоя и адсорбционной псевдоемкостью объемные концентрационные псевдоемкости ионной и молекулярной электроактивных форм в электролите. Для них даны математические выражения, использование которых также проиллюстрировано примерами

Аннотация: The behavior of the binary layer on molten and solid silver in contact with a ZrO2-0.1Y2O3 single crystal is investigated in the temperature range 850-1070 C. The dependences obtained in solid and molten silver are qualitatively similar. The results are compared with those for a polycrystalline oxide electrolyte. Relaxation is found to occur in the potential at the minimum in power with frequency

Аннотация: Измерены коэффициенты поглощения и скорость звука в расплавах LaCl3+MCl (M = Li, Rb) в зависимости от температуры и состава на частотах 5-35 МГц. Рассчитаны адиабатическая и изотермическая сжимаемость и объемная вязкость расплавов. Установлены химическая и структурная релаксации, проведена оценка "времени жизни" комплексных частиц. Высказано предположение о непрерывном изменении с составом электролита структуры комплексных анионов, которые оказывают определяющее влияние на свойства солевого расплава

Аннотация: Homogeneous mixtures of nanocrystalline powders of (NiO+Ni)/YSZ were obtained by combustion synthesis, and used to prepare Ni/YSZ cermets for symmetrical cermet/YSZ/cermet cells. These cells were prepared by co-pressing, co-firing at 1450 C, and reduction in 10 % H2-90 % N2 at 800 C. The resulting Ni/YSZ cermets are porous and adherent to the electrolyte, and its metallic and ceramic components are uniformly distributed. Impedance spectroscopy was used to characterise these symmetrical cells in atmospheres containing H2 and H2O. The impedance spectra show that the electrode reactions comprise at least two processes with different relaxation frequencies. The low frequency contribution of the polarisation resistance is very dependent on the partial pressures of H2 and H2O. The contribution at higher frequency is mainly dependent on temperature

Аннотация: The ionic conductivity of the solid electrolyte La2/3 -x Li3x TiO3 at temperatures 20–600°C with different isotopic composition of the lithium current carriers is measured. It is shown that it has two components — low-and high-temperature — with very different activation energies. NMR on 7Li nuclei is used to measure the spin-lattice relaxation rate of the carriers. It is determined that the activation energies of short-and long-range carrier motion are the same at temperatures 20–500°C and are sharply different at higher temperatures. The effect of the concentration of cationic vacancies on the motion of carriers with different isotopic composition is investigated

Аннотация: Stimulated diffusion of protons in oxides such as ABO3 crystals and rutile TiO2 is discussed in the context of quantum Brownian motion. A self-consistent lattice-assisted proton hopping (LAPH) model is developed by going from white noise (characteristic of the standard stochastic theory of superionic conduction) to colored noise in the Markovian limit. This model differs from the commonly used ion jump models in that the hydrogen diffusion rate prefactor is identified as a quantity proportional to the frequency of phonon assistance. Application of the quantum fluctuation–dissipation theorem suggests that the dynamic activation energy for diffusion is a function of a bath-mode frequency. The LAPH model can predict enhanced rates of barrier jumping at room temperature compared to thermally activated proton diffusion. This indicates that low-temperature solid oxide devices are potential candidates for use in hydrogen energy research. The LAPH model offers a valid explanation for the mechanism of high protonic mobility recently observed for TiO2 in a picosecond transient pump-probe experiment. This unexpected dominant lattice relaxation channel must be considered as a new classical-like (but low-temperature) proton transfer mechanism. For vibration-assisted protonic jumps to occur at low temperature, the phonon assistance must be classified as a low-frequency vibration specific to each lattice
