Аннотация: The reaction of fluorinated lithium 1,3-diketonates with propargylamine hydrochloride and 1,1,1-trifluorpentane-2,4-dione or 1,1,1-trifluoro-4-methoxypent-3-en-2-one with propargylamine and 3-aminophenylacetylene were performed to obtain fluorinated 1,3-enaminones containing at a nitrogen atom substituents with terminal C≡C bonds: (Z)-1,1,1-trifluoro-4-(2-propynylamino)-3-pentene-2-one, (Z)-1,1,2,2-tetrafluoro-5-(2-propynylamino)-4-hexen-3-one, and 4-(3-ethynylphenylamino)-1,1,1-trifluoropentyl-3-en-2-one. Reactions of 4-(3-ethynyl-phenylamino)-1,1,1-trifluoro-pentyl-3-en-2-one with Cu(II) acetate or nanosized powder of copper or its oxides led to the respective chelate complex. The structure of (Z)-1,1,2,2-tetrafluoro-5-(2-propynylamino)-4-hexen-3-one and a copper complex of 4-(3-etinilphenylamino)-1,1,1-trifluoropenta-3-en-2-one was determined by XRD

Аннотация: Tri- and pentacyclic fluoroquinolones were synthesized by intramolecular cyclization of the corresponding 3-hydrazinopolyfluorobenzoylacrylates followed by substitution of fluorine atoms by amine residues. The antitumor activity of the resulting compounds was studied at the National Cancer Institute using cultures of 60 cell lines of nine groups, including leukemia, lung tumor, large intestine tumor, CNS tumor, melanoma, ovary tumor, renal tumor, prostate tumor, and breast tumor. Relationships between structure and antitumor activity were analyzed. In vivo experimental data from hollow fiber tests are presented for two derivatives

Аннотация: Dinuclear complexes of CuII with 3-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-6-(2-hydroxyethylami-no)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine (1) and CoII with 3-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-6-(piperidin-1-yl)-1,2,4,5- tetrazine (2) were synthesized and structurally characterized, and the magnetic (SQUID) and resonance (EPR) properties of van der Waals crystals based on these complexes were studied. Unusual behavior of the effective magnetic moment ?eff(T) is observed at T < 60 K. A nonmonotonic increase in eff() for 1 (s~6 %) and a 20% reduction of eff for 2 have a common origin and are due to the influence of spin-orbital coupling on the character of the splitting between the t2g and eg levels of the central ion. Distortions of the coordination site “switch on” a positive (1) or negative (2) contribution of the orbital magnetic moment near 6 K. Irreversible temperature behavior of eff(T) in the heating and cooling regimes in the vicinity of 60 K suggests that the character of structural distortions and the magnetic properties are related to ligand geometry. This factor plays a significant role in crystal engineering of magnetoactive structures with polynitrogen ligands

Аннотация: Dinuclear heterospin complexes of CuII and MnII 1,1,1,7,7,7-hexafluoroheptane-2,4,6-trionates ([Cu2L2] and [Mn2L2], respectively) with nitronyl nitroxides 2-R-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-3-oxide 1-oxyls (NIT-R, R = H, Me, Et, m-C5H4N, m-NCC6H4, p-NCC6H4, PzMe) and the diradical NIT-Pz-(CH2)4-Pz-NIT (Pz is 1,4-pyrazolylene) were synthesized and structurally characterized. In the complexes under study, the CuII atom tends to have the square-pyramidal coordination environment, and the MnII atom is in an octahedral environment. The magnetochemical investigation of the compounds in the temperature range of 2–300 K showed that the antiferromagnetic exchange coupling dominates in the [Cu2L2] molecules, whereas this coupling in [Mn2L2] is manifested in the experimental plot µeff(T) at T < 100 K. The magnetic properties of the heterospin complexes of [Cu2L2] with NIT-R are also determined by the intramatrix antiferromagnetic exchange coupling. For the complexes of [Mn2L2] with NIT-R, the coordination mode of the nitroxide plays a decisive role.

Аннотация: 1,5-Benzo[b]- and 1,5-naphtho[2,3-b]diazepines were synthesized by the reaction of lithium 1,3-diketonates with 1,2-diaminobenzene and 2,3-diaminonaphthalene in an MeOH-AcOH-HCl mixture at 0 °C. The reactions of fluoroalkyl-containing lithium 1,3-diketonates with 1,2-diaminobenzene and 1,2-diamino-4,5-difluorobenzene under reflux in acetic acid afford 2-fluoroalkyl-containing benzimidazoles as the major products, whereas the reaction with 2-aminothiophenol gives 2-phenylbenzothiazole. The reactions of lithium diketonate containing the cyclohexane and cyclopentane moieties with 1,2-diaminoarenes and 2-aminobenzenethiol are accompanied by the opening of the carbocycle to form 2-(6-oxo-7,7,7-trifluoroheptyl)benzimidazole and 2-(5-oxo-6,6,6-trifluorohexyl)benzothiazole hydrates, respectively.

Аннотация: A new fluorine-containing tetradentate ligand 1,2-bis(5,5,5-trifluoro-4-oxopent-2-en-2-amino)benzene and its complexes with Ni(II), Pd(II) and Cu(II) are characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. It is found that the enaminoketone fragments of the ligand are identical in bond lengths and angles; they are almost planar, and make the angles of 51.3° to the plane of the benzene ring. The structures of Ni(II), Pd(II), and Cu(II) complexes are similar and have a saddle-shape configuration. The metal ions have square planar coordination and are located almost in the center of the N2O2 square. The average M-N bond lengths are longer than M-O ones by 0.014 A and 0.034 A for the Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes respectively, while in the Pd(II) complex, M-O is longer than M-N by 0.029 A. The average chelate angles N-M-O in the complexes are: N-Ni-O 95.12°; N-Pd-O 95.68°; N-Cu-O 93.88

Аннотация: The reactions of 3-fluoro-4-R-6-phenylsulfonylmethylnitrobenzenes with dimethyl fumarate or diethyl maleate in acetonitrile in the presence of an excess of K2CO3 and a catalytic amount of 18-crown-6 afforded mixtures of dialkyl 6-R-7-fluoro- and dialkyl 6-R-7-phenylsulfonylquinoline-2,3-carboxylate N-oxides, as well as dialkyl 6-R-7-fiuoro- quinoline-2,3-carboxylates (alkyl is methyl or ethyl), which were resolved by column chromatography and identified by 1H NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction

Аннотация: The complexation of 3,6-substituted 1,2,4,5-tetrazines with benzotriazole was studied theoretically based on the vibrational spectra. For model complexes, the energy was minimized by the geometrical parameters, and the spectral characteristics were calculated by the PM3 method. The shift of the bond vibration frequencies of the atoms involved in complexation after the formation of different various intermolecular contacts was determined. This made it possible to determine the type of intermolecular interaction and suggest the structures of the complexes
