Аннотация: Dinuclear complexes of CuII with 3-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-6-(2-hydroxyethylami-no)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine (1) and CoII with 3-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-6-(piperidin-1-yl)-1,2,4,5- tetrazine (2) were synthesized and structurally characterized, and the magnetic (SQUID) and resonance (EPR) properties of van der Waals crystals based on these complexes were studied. Unusual behavior of the effective magnetic moment ?eff(T) is observed at T < 60 K. A nonmonotonic increase in eff() for 1 (s~6 %) and a 20% reduction of eff for 2 have a common origin and are due to the influence of spin-orbital coupling on the character of the splitting between the t2g and eg levels of the central ion. Distortions of the coordination site “switch on” a positive (1) or negative (2) contribution of the orbital magnetic moment near 6 K. Irreversible temperature behavior of eff(T) in the heating and cooling regimes in the vicinity of 60 K suggests that the character of structural distortions and the magnetic properties are related to ligand geometry. This factor plays a significant role in crystal engineering of magnetoactive structures with polynitrogen ligands

Аннотация: We report on the synthesis and temperature-dependent magnetic properties observed in an exchange-coupled copper(ii) dimer using X/Q-band Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) spectroscopy (9/34 GHz). It has been found that the zero-field splitting (D) in the dimer changes gradually by a factor close to two in the temperature range from T = 50 to 300 K. X-ray diffraction data show that this dimer consists of two five-coordinated copper ions, one of which has a highly asymmetric geometry intermediate between square pyramid and trigonal bipyramid. The copper-copper distance in the dimer is temperature-independent, whereas the degree of trigonality in an asymmetric unit decreases as the temperature is lowered. Therefore we suppose that the observed dependence D(T) originates from the interplay of different exchange interaction pathways driven by these thermal changes. Magnetic susceptibility measurements reveal weak ferromagnetic interactions, whose anisotropic parts should indeed be very sensitive to the subtle changes in the geometry and may result in apparent D(T). Аннотация: The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of tetrahydroquinoxalines condensed with pyridazine, pyrazine, oxazine, oxadiazine, thiadiazine or triazine rings have been measured in DMSO-d6 solution. The effects of six-membered heterocycles on 1H and 13C chemical shifts and the values of one-bond 1J(CH) and vicinal 3J(HH) coupling constants for the ring junction fragment are considered. The differences between the 1H and 13C spectral parameters of tetrahydroquinoxalines annelated with five- or six-membered heterocycles with the same set of heteroatoms attached to the ring junction carbons are also discussed.

Аннотация: 1H and 13C NMR spectral data for 21 N-methyltetrahydroquinoxalines annelated with furan, pyrrole, imidazole or thiazole rings are reported. Unambiguous assignments of the ring junction 13C resonances were made on the basis of selective decoupling experiments and with the aid of one-bond and long-range 13C–1H coupling constants. The effects of five-membered heterocycles on the 1H and 13C chemical shifts of the ring junction hydrogen and carbon atoms are considered. Values of one-bond 1J(CH) and vicinal 3J(HH) coupling constants between the ring junction protons are also discussed as a diagnostic means for structural elucidation of tetrahydroquinoxalines condensed with five-membered heterocycles.

Аннотация: The structure of N-methylpyrido[2,3-b]pyrazinium salts has been examined by 1H and 13C NMR. 6-Dimethylamino- and 6-morpholino-pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazines were shown to undergo quaternization by methyl iodide at N-4 of the pyrazine ring, whereas the pyridine ring N-5 was the N-alkylation site in the reaction of unsubstituted pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazine with methyl iodide under the same conditions. The effects of quaternization on the 1H and 13C chemical shifts and the nJ(CH) values are discussed.

Аннотация: These data are related to our previous paper “Synthesis and approbation of new neuroprotective chemicals of pyrrolyl-and indolylazine classes in a cell model of Alzheimer’s disease” (Dutysheva et al., 2021), in which we demonstrate neu-roprotective abilities of pyrrolyl- and indolylazines in a cell model of Alzheimer’s disease. Using a novel procedure of photocatalysis we have synthesized a group of new compounds. The current article presents nuclear magnetic resonance spectra including heteronuclear single quantum coherence spectra of chemicals synthesized by us. The effect of new compounds have on heat shock proteins genes expression in reprogrammed human neurons are presented. We also presented data that verify neuronal phenotype of reprogrammed cells.
