Проводили исследование различных параметров иммунной системы и уровней онкомаркеров у женщин с мастопатией. Выявлено, что у женщин с мастопатией в значительном проценте случаев выявляются повышенные уровни онкомаркеров, что создает условия для формирования в последующем у данной группы риска развития онкопатологии. Частота и выраженность изменений в иммунном статусе и уровнях онкомаркеров была высокой как у молодых женщин, так и женщин среднего возраста, что возможно обуславливает и постоянный рост уровня рака молочной железы у данной группы риска. It is revealed that at persons with immunopathology in considerable percent of cases the raised levels the oncological markers come to light that creates conditions for formation in the subsequent at the given group of risk of development of oncopathologies. Frequency and expressiveness of changes in the immune status and levels the oncological markers in Magnitogorsk was above, than in Chelyabinsk that probably causes also higher level of oncological disease in the given region.
