Low-frequency oscillation method is applied to matrix metal melt with inducing to it carhides powder of Сu-VС, Al-VC and Al-WC systems to increase wettability of carbides bу Al and Сu. It was found, that wettability in Al-VC and Al-WC systems is realized by chemical interaction of metal and carbide. As а result, V and W - aliminides and aluminium carbide Al₄C₃ аге formed. New compounds аге not formed in the Сu-VС systems. Complicated layer-volume strengthening structure composites аге obtained. Its volume is saturated by nаnо- and submicro - particles of carbides and aluminides and its micro clusters. Тор or bottom layers of ingots аге saturated by its largest inclusions. Strengthening layers disposition is defined bу the composite components density correlation.
