Проводили исследование различных параметров иммунной системы и уровней онкомаркеров у женщин с мастопатией. Выявлено, что у женщин с мастопатией в значительном проценте случаев выявляются повышенные уровни онкомаркеров, что создает условия для формирования в последующем у данной группы риска развития онкопатологии. Частота и выраженность изменений в иммунном статусе и уровнях онкомаркеров была выше у женщин, имеющих BRCA1 и BRCA2 - гены, которые наиболее часто ассоциируются с наследственным раком молочной железы, что возможно обуславливает и постоянный рост уровня рака молочной железы у данной группы риска. It is revealed that at women with mastopatia in considerable percent of cases the raised levels oncological markers come to light that creates conditions for formation in the subsequent at the given group of risk of development oncological markers. Frequency and expressiveness of changes in the immune status and levels oncological markers was above at women having BRCA1 and BRCA2 - genes which most often associate with a hereditary cancer of a mammary gland that probably causes also constant growth of level of a cancer of a mammary gland at the given group of risk.
