The aim of the study was to identify the features of the immune profile of cows with liver pathologies. The studies were conducted on cows of the 2nd-3rd lactation of the Holstein breed. Retrospectively, 2 groups were formed: 1 - animals without signs of liver dysfunction (n = 20); 2 -animals with signs of liver dysfunction (n = 20). Violations in the technology of feeding and keeping highly productive animals are accompanied by an increase in the metabolic load on their body and negatively affect the functional state of the liver. Despite significant interest in the immunological role of the liver, the features of the immune profile of cows with pathologies of the hepatobiliary system remain insufficiently studied. It was found that in animals with liver pathology, the relative content of segmented neutrophils and T-lymphocytes is higher, the relative content of lymphocytes and phagocytic activity is lower than in healthy cows. An increase in the immunoregulatory index reflected a shift in the immune balance towards cellular reactions. The results of the study indicate functional depletion of innate immunity and increased cellular immune response in cows with chronic inflammation. These changes may reduce the effectiveness of vaccination against infectious diseases in animals.
