The structural and petrological investigations of mafic-ultramafic massifs in the Ural Platinum-bearing belt reflect a very complex and long history of their formation. They are a result of combination of different magmatic processes, high-temperature plastic deformation, re-crystallization and metamorphism accompanying diapiric emplacement of the massifs.
