У 38 детей дошкольного возраста II и III групп здоровья, у которых в лейкограмме отмечался нормоцитоз, исследовано функциональное состояние фагоцитарного, гуморального и клеточного звена иммунитета. Доказано, что в основе компенсации хронических заболеваний лежат высокие показатели спонтанных субпопуляций CD3+-Т-клеток, содержащих IFNg и TNFα, и повышение фагоцитарной активности моноцитов. Данные процессы происходят при низких показателях стимулированных CD3+/IL2+-лимфоцитов. We evaluated the immunity status including its phagocytic, humoral and cell components at the 38 preschool children of II and III Health Groups that had normal parameters of leucocytes at the peripheral blood. We revealed that high rate of the spontaneous subpopulations CD3+-Т-cells contained IFNg and TNFα, high level of the monocytes phagocytic activity are associated with the clinical signs of chronic diseases compensation. These processes attend the low indexes of stimulated CD3+/IL2+-lymphocytes.
