The article examines issues concerning the influence of Kioto Agreements on the investment attractiveness of the territory. It also concerns the possibility of using such instruments as quotas trading of carbon dioxide emission, participating in projects ofjoint realization, allow to extend the basis of funding sources of nature-conservation projects. The recommendations for investment analysis and ranking of nature-conservation projects, including the projects, aimed at reducing of CO2 emission, are given.
