Белая пятнистость, вызываемая фитопатогенным грибом Ramularia grevilleana (Tul. & С. Tul. ex Oudem.) Jorst., широко распространена и наносит ущерб культуре земляники садовой (Fragaria х ananassa Duch.) повсеместно, в том числе на Среднем Урале. Из образцов, собранных в 2025 году на территории г. Екатеринбург, и представляющих собой зараженные листья 6 сортов земляники с симптомами белой пятнистости, помимо R. grevilleana, микробиологическим путем был выделен в чистую культуру еще один вид гриба. В последствии при помощи молекулярно-генетических методов его удалось идентифицировать как Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissl., ранее не отмечавшийся в данном регионе как фитопатоген земляники. Полученные результаты позволяют предположить участие A. alternata в патогенезе белой пятнистости на Среднем Урале.
Common leaf spot caused by the phytopathogenic fungus Ramularia grevilleana (Tul. & C. Tul. ex Oudem.) J0rst. is widespread and damages the culture of strawberry (Fragaria x ananassa Duch.) everywhere, including the Middle Urals. From samples collected in 2025 on the territory of Ekaterinburg, representing infected leaves of 6 strawberry varieties with symptoms of common leaf spot, in addition to R. grevilleana, another species of fungus was microbiologically isolated into a pure culture. Subsequently, using molecular genetic methods, it was identified as Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissl., which had not previously been noted in this region as a phytopathogen of strawberry. The results suggested the possibility of A. alternata involvement in the pathogenesis of leaf spots in the Middle Urals.
