The given work is the joint collection of the proceedings of the Russian, Spanish, Asian experts. In work some questions of economic integration of Russia and country of Europe and Asia are considered. One of the basic tasks of the given work is both the analysis of a developing situation in economy and its separate sectors and in social sphere, and preparation of the appropriate offers and recommendations aimed at preventing the arising and forecast threats.
