The given work is the joint collection of the proceedings of the Russian, Spanish and English experts. In work some questions of economic security of a society, state and territories of a regional level are considered. One of the basic tasks of the given work is both the analysis of a developing situation in economy and its separate sectors and in social sphere, and preparation of the appropriate offers and recommendations aimed at preventing the arising and forecast threats.
