In the work the results of research activities of the Russian and Chinese experts in the field of economic security, and also achievements on the problem of adaptation of the person, business and territory to changing environment of the modem world are presented. One of the primary tasks of the given publication is the analysis of the developing situation in the economy and its separate sectors, in particular, in social, power, ecological fields, and preparation of the corresponding offers and recommendations directed on prevention of arising and predicted threats.
